Workshop information
This document has the following information to help you find out more about this workshop:
Registration is open to PYP, MYP and DP teachers
Workshop expectations and engagement
The workshop time commitment will depend on the level of engagement from the participants, however it is expected to be around 4-6 hours per week. In order to help with the extent to which teachers are able to engage with this workshop, we recommend that school leadership considers the impact participation will have on an individual's teaching load and make arrangements accordingly. What these arrangements are will obviously depend upon the local context, but support in terms of hardware/software resources or classroom release are some of the possibilities that may be considered.
The online workshops are mainly asynchronous in nature and so participation can take place at times to suit the local situation. There may be one or two synchronous (live discussion) sessions during the course of the workshop. The times of these will be announced during the course of the workshop and will take into account the timezones and needs of participants wherever possible.
